Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, self-scheduling with balanced schedule provided to manager, 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule, rotating holidays, call requirement per census
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby units
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin, and D10
- Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond promptly to changes
- Support patients with high BMI, diabetes, and substance use needs with compassion
- Collaborate with a minimum 2-RN staffing model to ensure safe, quality care
- Float within Zone 1 when needed to support sister facilities
Qualifications
- Active Colorado or compact RN license
- Current ACLS, NRP, AWHONN EFM, and STABLE certifications
- LDRP experience required
- Ability to read and interpret own fetal monitoring strips
- Willingness to take call and work rotating holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP clinical skills across all phases of maternity care
- Proficiency with OBIX EFM system
- Experience with bubble CPAP and basic respiratory support
- Comfort managing high-risk obstetric patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a small-unit setting
