Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to patients across the lifespan
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans
- Support patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions
- Float between inpatient acute care and outpatient settings to meet diverse patient needs
- Contribute to early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Comfortable floating between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient and inpatient physical therapy expertise
- Geriatric and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Neurological and pulmonary patient care
- Early mobility program experience
- Cerner electronic medical records proficiency
