Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-acuity care to adult patients on a busy 40-bed PCU unit
- Titrate cardiac drips such as Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips to keep patients safe and stable
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with cardiac, vascular, renal, and respiratory needs
- Float to MedSurg or ICU when needed, adapting quickly to changing patient acuity
- Champion patient experience by focusing on responsiveness, clear medication education, and a healing environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency managing arterial lines
- Minimum one year of recent PCU or step-down experience preferred
- Willingness to work every other weekend and at least two holidays during the contract
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac medication administration and drip titration skills
- Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Arterial line management
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
