Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. Standard 30-min response time. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate in all surgical specialties including CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General procedures
- Support robotic-assisted surgeries using both Mako and DaVinci systems
- Provide expert care during CABGs, craniotomies, total joints, and trauma cases
- Collaborate with surgical teams across Bryan and College Station campuses
- Precept new staff members and contribute to unit excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital OR experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to circulate in CV cases including CABGs
- Robotics experience with Mako and DaVinci systems required
- Strong references and exceptional clinical skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expert circulating skills across multiple specialties
- Robotics-assisted surgery experience
- Cardiovascular, Neuro, Ortho, and General surgery knowledge
- Ability to handle trauma and call cases confidently
- Strong communication and precepting abilities
