Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy across a dynamic mix of inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including general orthopedic injuries, fractures, neuro cases, wound care, and debility
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and fellow therapists to create personalized treatment plans
- Support patients through every stage of recovery, from acute rehab to skilled care and outpatient follow-up
- Precept students or new team members when the opportunity arises
- Document care thoroughly and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable treating a wide range of diagnoses from sports injuries to neuro rehab
- Skilled in wound care techniques and vacuum-assisted closure systems
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
