Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and robotics
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values safety, longevity, and genuine camaraderie
- Adapt to a dynamic daily schedule while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring others in the OR environment
- Float to pre/post-op, PACU, or ER trauma cases when your expertise is needed most
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong experience across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery
- Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with a 90% score during orientation
- Willingness to comply with the facility's no artificial nails policy in patient care areas
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Comfort working across varied surgical procedures without specialized teams
- Strong teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced OR setting
- Da Vinci robotics experience is a plus
