Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Monitor and titrate critical drips such as Magnesium and Oxytocin with precision
- Support families through the beautiful journey of labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with providers during C-sections to ensure safe outcomes for mom and baby
- Deliver expert neonatal care including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow support
- Float to medical-surgical or emergency departments when needed to lend a helping hand
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience
- Comfortable working independently in a rural setting with limited resources
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of AWHONN staffing guidelines
- Proficient with OB Trace Vue fetal monitoring system
- Skilled in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum nursing care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in a small, close-knit hospital environment
