Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a 21-bed ICU
Manage ventilators, titrate vasopressor drips, and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions
Collaborate with an intensivist-led team available 24/7 for seamless patient outcomes
Support procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, bronchoscopies, and endoscopies
Deliver exceptional care to sepsis, arrhythmia, and complex medical-surgical patients
Float to Telemetry and partner HealthONE facilities when needed to support system-wide excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital ICU experience
Cardiac experience and CRRT skills are a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making in high-acuity settings
Proficient with Meditech EMR and Hospira IV pumps
Team-oriented mindset with a great sense of humor
Comfortable floating between units and facilities
