Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient assessment and care planning
Electronic medical record documentation
