Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, with required work dates on July 3rd and July 4th

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Iowa or compact state
BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ICU environment

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing expertise
Advanced cardiac life support
Trauma nursing care
Stroke assessment and intervention
