Location: Breckenridge, Minnesota

Start Date: 06-01-2026

End Date: 08-31-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, D/N rotate, weekends every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate emergency care to patients in a Level IV trauma center
Deliver skilled nursing care across ER, MedSurg, and Swing bed units
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips independently
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Float between units to support seamless patient care across the facility

Qualifications

Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
Minimum 2 years of ER experience plus previous MedSurg experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
PALS certification preferred
Ability to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
Comfortable working independently in a small, close-knit ER setting
Experience with trauma, STEMI, and stroke patient care
Flexibility to float between ER, MedSurg, and Swing bed units
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
