Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Room
- Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver timely interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous ER experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency room protocols and procedures
- Patient assessment and triage
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic medical records systems
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
