Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours total

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Respond swiftly to trauma cases and stabilize critically ill patients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of physicians, charge nurses, and support staff
- Float between four facilities, gaining diverse clinical experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
- Educate patients and families during high-stress moments
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with confidence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ATCN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 trauma center
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DYS exam and skills lab assessments
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong trauma assessment and intervention skills
- Comfortable floating between multiple ER locations
- Proficient with Cerner electronic medical records
- Confident reading cardiac telemetry strips
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
