Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch emergency care to 37 patients daily in a fast-paced 11-bed ER
Manage 1:3-4 ratios with confidence, handling everything from triage to holds
Collaborate with in-house security, RT, and physicians to stabilize trauma level 4 cases
Read strips, draw labs, and oversee psych rooms as the ER all-star
Thrive next to imaging and the interstate, ready for anything Cabbage Hill throws your way

Qualifications

Active RN license with ability to apply for 90-day Oregon Emergency License
2-3 years of solid ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Phone interview with unit manager to showcase your skills

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Independent thinker who stays cool under pressure
Self-motivated powerhouse ready to handle full ER responsibilities
Proficient in Meditech EMR
Experienced with ER vents, CPAP, BiPap, high flow, and more
