Shift Type: Flexible to days, evenings, nights and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Respond swiftly to critical situations with confidence and skill

Qualifications

Active RN license from any U.S. state accepted
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ENPC required within one year of hire
NRP, NIHSS, and ESI Level 5 certifications to be completed per facility timeline

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and patient assessment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse patient populations
