Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM NOC, 12-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Lead as Charge Nurse, coordinating the team and ensuring smooth department operations
Respond swiftly to critical situations while maintaining calm professionalism
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to create effective treatment plans
Document accurately and communicate clearly with the entire care team

Qualifications

Active Washington State RN license or Multi-State license
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Charge Nurse experience required
Approved 6-hour suicide training verification
Team player with strong clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency Department protocols and rapid assessment
Charge Nurse leadership and workflow coordination
Meditech documentation system (helpful but not required)
Critical thinking under pressure
Clear communication with patients and colleagues
