Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
• Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers your nursing team
• Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
• Enhance nursing competency through hands-on leadership and mentorship
• Manage pre-procedure preparation and recovery for cardiac and vascular patients
• Titrate critical drips and monitor complex ICU patients with confidence
• Collaborate across departments as a helping hand when needed
• Read and interpret telemetry strips while mentoring staff on best practices

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in management
• 1 year of clinical leadership experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
• CRRT competency preferred
• Critical care and telemetry experience strongly valued
• Fluoro license helpful for technical staff support

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership skills to build team culture and enhance competency
• Expertise in cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
• Comfort managing vasoactive drips, sedation, and complex ICU cases
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips independently
• Experience with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
• Flexible and collaborative approach to floating and call coverage
