Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Windward Gardens
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to any changes in condition
Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate documentation to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Maine
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in geriatric and long-term care nursing practices
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
