Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging with accuracy and compassion
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Operate and maintain imaging equipment following manufacturer and facility guidelines
Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain proper shielding
Document procedures and maintain clear, timely patient records
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to deliver excellent patient care
Participate in orientation and training to stay current with facility practices

Qualifications

Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent certification
Missouri state radiology license or eligibility to obtain state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
Strong patient interaction and communication skills
Comfortable following safety protocols and working with diverse patient populations
Ability to stand for imaging procedures and assist with patient positioning

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in radiographic techniques and patient positioning
Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and basic image archiving workflows
Knowledge of radiation safety principles and infection control practices
Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard radiography equipment
Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
