Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing and feeding
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers to keep patients comfortable and secure
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient status, reporting changes promptly
- Support nursing staff with daily tasks to ensure smooth, coordinated care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification (required)
- Comfortable working 8-hour shifts; start date available 2026-04-26
- Reliable, patient-focused and able to communicate clearly with team and residents
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding and compliance paperwork
- Slots available: 3 positions
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and ADL assistance
- Vital sign measurement and documentation
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to facility policies
