Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat 9-11 patients daily with personalized care plans
Help patients recover from orthopedic surgeries and joint replacements
Address vestibular and neurological conditions with evidence-based interventions
Collaborate with PTA team members to maximize patient outcomes
Document progress using Cerner EMR system
Create meaningful connections while improving quality of life

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Comfortable treating diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and vestibular cases

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Cerner EMR documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with PTAs
