Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
Develop individualized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Occasionally assist with acute inpatient evaluations as needed
Create meaningful progress for patients through engaging therapy sessions

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Some pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work with diverse patient populations including developmental delays and autism

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Pediatric therapy experience
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
Comfortable with occasional acute inpatient support
