Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations to understand each patient's unique needs
- Develop personalized plans of care that guide patients toward their recovery goals
- Collaborate with the rehab team on patient progress, equipment needs, and discharge planning
- Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless communication across disciplines
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor spaces, and the rehab gym
Qualifications
- Active NC Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or nursing home setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy evaluations and plan of care development
- Patient communication and progress documentation
- Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
- Ability to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services
