Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Mixed shifts, 6:00 AM - 9:30 PM, rotating weekends every other weekend

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications with precision and care for patients of all ages
Perform sterile, non-sterile, and hazardous drug compounding to the highest safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes
Utilize advanced pharmacy technology including Pyxis, DoseEdge, and Meditech systems
Support neonatal and pediatric patients with specialized medication needs

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in Florida
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
Proven sterile compounding expertise required
Neonatal and pediatric experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile Compounding techniques
Non-Sterile Compounding procedures
Hazardous Drug Compounding safety protocols
Pyxis MedStation ES and related pharmacy automation
Meditech and Pharmacy Stars documentation systems
