Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Day Shift with call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the patient advocate by coordinating care in the preoperative and postoperative phases
Circulate in the operating room ensuring patient safety and smooth surgical flow
Collaborate with surgeons and the perioperative team to deliver exceptional care
Respond to on-call needs to support urgent surgical cases

Qualifications

Active RN license in Vermont upon acceptance
Minimum 5 years of operating room experience
Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications
Strong circulating skills in a variety of surgical procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Operating Room expertise
Circulating proficiency
Patient advocacy and care coordination
Ability to take call and respond promptly
