Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to both in-patients and out-patients in a critical access hospital setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses
Conduct assessments and document patient progress in accordance with facility standards
Utilize therapeutic techniques such as pelvic health therapy, dry needling, and LSVT Big and Loud as needed

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana (or ability to obtain upon acceptance)
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
Experience with orthopedic and neurological conditions
Familiarity with EMR systems (training provided if needed)
Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations
