Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Create personalized treatment plans that help pediatric patients reach their full potential
Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to support each child's unique journey
Assess, evaluate, and document patient progress with care and precision
Make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community hospital environment

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
BLS/BCLS certification required
Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
Both inpatient and outpatient experience strongly desired

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in pediatric rehabilitation
Ability to balance inpatient and outpatient caseloads
Excellent communication and family education abilities
Flexible and adaptable to variable scheduling needs
Compassionate approach to working with children and families
