Location: Warren, Ohio

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Physicians 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Midwives 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive labor and delivery coverage including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs
Manage low and high-risk pregnancies with expert decision-making
Perform essential OB/GYN procedures such as low forceps, breech deliveries, and repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Collaborate with the existing laborist team to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage
Respond to ER coverage needs for unassigned GYN patients
Utilize Epic EMR to document all patient encounters accurately

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Active Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one
Experience with labor and delivery procedures and high-risk obstetrics

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor and Delivery expertise
Proficiency in OB/GYN surgical procedures
Familiarity with Epic EMR
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
