Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Build and nurture a positive, supportive unit culture that empowers staff
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Enhance nursing competency through hands-on leadership and guidance
Coordinate pre-procedure preparation and recovery for optimal patient outcomes
Float to support other departments when needed, showcasing your versatility
Monitor and manage vasoactive drips and critical care medications with precision

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care and telemetry
Experience with fluoro procedures and moderate sedation preferred
Willingness to obtain any missing certifications if you meet the majority of requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring expertise
Vasoactive drip titration and management
Moderate sedation administration and monitoring
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator management and respiratory support
Building positive team culture and staff development
