MRI/CT/Xray Technologist

Location: Delta, Colorado

Start Date: 05-27-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Weekend Day shifts, 3-12s per week with occasional call and night shifts per department rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and maintain x-ray, fluoroscopic, and c-arm equipment ensuring safety and functionality
Capture high-quality diagnostic images across multiple modalities including CT and MRI
Administer contrast media and assist radiologists during interventional procedures
Transport patients safely and position them for optimal exam results
Maintain strict compliance with all Federal, State, and DNV standards
Train and mentor radiology students while supporting department efficiency
Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records and logs

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Radiography (R), CT, and MRI required
ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging
Active Colorado state license required
Experience with X-ray, CT Scanner, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and C-arm equipment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong technical skills across multiple imaging modalities
Excellent patient care and communication abilities
Knowledge of sterile technique and universal precautions
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
Attention to detail for quality control and image evaluation
