Shift Type: 8-hour shift; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with facility (Total hours: 8) — schedule to be coordinated with hiring manager (Timezone: America/New_York)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in patient condition promptly
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to support excellent outcomes
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the facility’s charting system
Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient education in a respectful way

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license authorized to practice in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, wound care basics, and patient assessments
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred (long-term care or skilled nursing a plus)

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate documentation
Basic clinical assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting best practices
Infection control standards and safe patient handling
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
