Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications, monitor patient status, and report changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to support patient plans
Document assessments and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
Support admissions, discharges, and patient education with clarity and empathy
Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical experience in long-term care, acute care, or related settings preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/shot experience
Vital signs assessment and documentation
Patient charting and electronic medical record familiarity
Basic wound care and infection control practices
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Teamwork, empathy, and clear communication with patients and families
