Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and document all actions accurately
Perform thorough patient assessments and report changes in condition promptly
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize care
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient chart and electronic health record
Support patients and families with education, emotional support, and discharge planning
Follow infection control policies and facility procedures to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (Pennsylvania license preferred or compact state eligibility discussed during hire)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous LPN experience preferred but enthusiastic new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health/immunization requirements
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate
BLS/CPR certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and wound care
Solid patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team player with effective communication and patient advocacy skills
