Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and the cath lab team during interventional cardiac procedures such as PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC and PCI
• Operate and optimize imaging systems (Philips and Siemens) and ensure safe fluoroscopy practice
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and procedural equipment, including panning x-ray table operation
• Document procedures and patient data accurately using Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
• Monitor patient status before, during and after procedures and escalate concerns promptly
• Support IR and neuro cases as needed, adapting to unit case mix
• Mentor and educate junior staff and students, helping build a strong, confident team
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond professionally to urgent cases

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• RCIS required (panning x-ray table operation experience noted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of interventional/cath lab experience (explicit in job posting)
• Experience with Philips and Siemens imaging systems and EMRs (Meditech, MacLab)
• Comfort performing and assisting with PVI, PPM, EPS, LHC, PCI, IR and neuro cases
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule and occasional Saturday cases
• Strong communication skills and a desire to teach and support junior staff

• Patient monitoring and peri-procedural patient care
• Teamwork, clinical judgement and the ability to mentor others
