Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging for trauma, stroke, ER and inpatient exams with speed and accuracy
• Operate and troubleshoot GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO scanners to produce diagnostic images
• Document exams and patient data accurately in Meditech to support clinical teams
• Provide excellent patient care and comfort while following radiation safety protocols
• Respond to emergent imaging requests and prioritize studies in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as required by the unit

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• CPR and SCRQSA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience, ideally including trauma, stroke, ER and inpatient exams
• Hands-on experience with GE 64/128 Rev EVO platforms and Meditech documentation
• Comfortable working Friday-Sunday schedules, holidays, and on-call shifts
• Strong patient communication skills and ability to work with high-acuity cases

Education

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program preferred
• ARRT (CT) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of CT imaging protocols and cross-sectional anatomy
• Proficiency operating GE CT systems (64/128 Rev EVO) and image post-processing
• Experience with Meditech or similar electronic documentation systems
• Radiation safety principles and best practices
• Ability to prioritize emergent studies and collaborate with ED/stroke/trauma teams
• Compassionate patient care and clear interdisciplinary communication
