Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product accurately and verify shipments using RF scanners and computer systems
• Stock and replenish inventory to ensure product availability and smooth order flow
• Pick and select products for customer orders with attention to order fulfillment accuracy
• Route completed orders to the appropriate area for shipping or staging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with operations guidelines
• Provide direction and day-to-day guidance to assigned staff as directed by management
• Follow established safety procedures and performance standards set by the Operations Management Team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in receiving, stocking, replenishment, or order picking is a strong plus
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse computer systems
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to supervise or lead small teams and follow direction from management
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and participate in site training

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse/logistics certifications a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Order fulfillment processes and inventory replenishment best practices
• Hands-on experience with RF devices and barcode scanning
• Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with safe material handling and workplace safety procedures
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced supply chain environment
