Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care, crafting personalized plans that make real differences
• Apply evidence-based practices and standardized assessments to deliver top-notch interventions
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive devices with skill and care
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal recovery
• Consult and counsel patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating seamlessly with the healthcare team
• Document comprehensively in electronic systems and provide thorough discharge summaries
• Supervise assistants, aides, and students while participating in key meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Active MA State License (required)
• 1+ year of PT experience or new grad with Level II fieldwork (not just observation)
• LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

• Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
• Eligible for MA licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Strong assessment and evidence-based intervention skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork with patients, families, and providers
• Adherence to APTA guidelines, ethics, and state practice acts
