Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical disorders and wound care, crafting personalized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based interventions like manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to transform lives
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to ensure top-notch results
Consult with patients, families, and teams to provide expert guidance and support
Document everything meticulously while communicating effectively with your healthcare team
Supervise assistants and aides, mentoring the next generation of rehab pros

Qualifications

MA State License required
1 year of PT experience, or new grads with Level II experience (not just observation)
LTC or Rehab experience required

Education

Physical Therapist degree with MA licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Wound care expertise
Manual techniques and therapeutic exercises
Patient evaluation and progress assessment
Use of assistive devices and modalities
Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance
