Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based interventions that transform patient lives
Administer skilled treatments like ADL retraining and therapeutic exercises under OT supervision
Track patient progress and collaborate with your supervising therapist for optimal outcomes
Consult with families and caregivers to empower lasting recovery
Document care meticulously while participating in team meetings and trainings
Support students and secure necessary DME to enhance rehabilitation efforts

Qualifications

Active COTA license in Missouri
At least 1 year of OTA experience
LTC or Rehab experience to hit the ground running

Education

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Evidence-based practice mastery
ADL retraining and therapeutic activities
Therapeutic exercises and modalities expertise
Skilled use of supportive and assistive devices
