Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; cycle scheduling; every other weekend and holiday.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to charge nurse or DON
Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR
Foster a home-like environment with a focus on teamwork and strong work ethics

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Minnesota (or compact state accepted)
BLS certification required (must be current)
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
Ability to work rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
Strong clinical and observational skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Proficiency in PointClickCare EMR
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
