Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Ladera Center
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Document care accurately to support seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico
Current certifications including BLS
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Reliable and ready for local contract assignment

Education

Completion of accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Empathy and patience in resident-focused care
Attention to detail in documentation
