Shift Type: Rotating shifts, Week 1: Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (select days), Week 2: variable

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients in a welcoming center setting
Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and independence
Document patient progress accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in documentation and care coordination
Empathy and compassion in every patient interaction
