Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents in a welcoming long-term care setting
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Local candidates preferred for this community-focused role

Education

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in medication administration
Empathy and patience in resident interactions
