Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general X-ray imaging procedures with precision and patient-centered care
• Carry out point-of-care (POC) testing responsibilities as part of your clinical duties
• Follow and champion patient safety protocols on every exam
• Serve as the first-line interface with patients and customers, ensuring a positive imaging experience
• Help maintain smooth department patient flow and timely communication with clinical teams
• Operate and troubleshoot Canon imaging equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certification required to meet Colorado state requirements
• BLS certification required
• Ability to perform POC testing and related duties
• Comfortable working night 12-hour shifts in a Critical Access / Level IV Trauma environment
• Experience with CT and general X-ray imaging; Canon equipment experience is a plus
• Professional, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• CT scanning techniques and protocols
• General X-ray imaging best practices
• Point-of-care (POC) testing procedures
• Patient safety and radiation safety principles
• Patient flow and department throughput management
• Familiarity with Canon imaging systems and basic equipment troubleshooting
