Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure smooth, safe, patient-centered procedures
• Prepare patients and equipment for coronary and peripheral interventions including LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER and more
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation per unit protocols while maintaining patient safety
• Collaborate with physicians, techs and unit staff to provide efficient, high-quality care during complex procedures
• Document procedures and patient status accurately using Merge and other hospital systems
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment (Philips/Siemens) and maintain sterile field practices
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond professionally to emergent cases

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab circulating technologist; moderate sedation experience required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as listed in the job details)
• Merge documentation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Philips and Siemens imaging systems preferred
• Comfort working 12-hour shifts and participating in call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and peripheral interventions
• Skilled in patient monitoring during moderate sedation
• Proficient with Merge documentation workflows
• Experience with Philips and Siemens cath lab imaging systems
• Excellent teamwork, communication and situational awareness in high-acuity settings
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain composure during urgent procedures
