Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring
Support daily activities and promote a safe, nurturing environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification
At least one year of recent CNA experience preferred
Valid state-specific license for New Mexico

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in documentation
Team player mindset
Reliability for night shifts
