Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, promoting dignity and independence
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Follow care plans and document interventions accurately to support continuity of care
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents at all times
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (Class: CNA) — required
Eligible to work locally in Albuquerque (Notes: LOCAL ONLY)
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM) on Thu, Fri, Sat
Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and personal care techniques
Vital signs measurement and comfortable resident handling
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and handoffs
Teamwork and the ability to follow care plans and supervisor direction
