Shift Type: Per diem / Flexible days, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered personal care and support
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and positioning while following proper body mechanics
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control practices
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Valid authorization to work in Pennsylvania and ability to pass background checks
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Comfortable assisting with lifting and transfers and working as part of a care team
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with good communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA program and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of ADLs and basic nursing care procedures
- Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Understanding of infection control and patient safety practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents and families
- Ability to follow care plans and directions from licensed nursing staff
