Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and psychological evaluations for adults in a substance abuse treatment setting
- Deliver individual and group therapy tailored to treatment goals and evidence-based approaches
- Develop and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and treatment planning
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and escalate appropriately to ensure safety
- Participate in training week activities and incorporate facility-specific protocols into practice
Qualifications
- Active PSY (Psychologist), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential
- Licensure appropriate for practice in California
- Experience or interest in mental health and substance use treatment populations
- Ability to work Tuesdays and attend the required training week (Monday–Friday)
- Strong clinical documentation skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
