Location: Los Angeles, CA
Shift Type: Flexible schedule — Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN; exact shift times vary by facility and will be provided upon scheduling
Candidate Pay Rate: $45 - $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction and supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists
- Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs and functional skills
- Work directly with patients to improve mobility, coordination, and safety in daily activities
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
- Support, educate, and motivate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to encourage and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey
Knowledge & Skills
- ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and functional skills training
- Patient education and motivational techniques
- Accurate clinical documentation and compliance awareness
- Effective communication with interdisciplinary rehab teams
- Hands-on therapy skills in a skilled nursing facility setting
